Alessandro Benedetti

Alessandro Benedetti is co-founding partner of BLB Studio Legale and has a long-standing experience in contract law and extraordinary corporate transactions. He personally assists leading Italian and foreign companies in M&A operations and has a vast range of experience in commercial and corporate law.
He has taught at Master Law and Business of Il Sole 24H since 2007. He is author of various articles and commentaries. He is member of the New York State Bar Association (NYSBA). He is also member of Francesco Morosini Naval School Association and director of Anna4Children Onlus. Since 2017, he has been named “Saggio” of the Municipality of Genoa and International Arbitrator at the Shenzen Arbitration Commission so as for the Hainan Arbitration Commission.
