Francesco Epifani

Francesco is a lawyer and senior associate of BLB Studio Legale in the Milan office. He graduated from the University of Lecce and then obtained a Master's degree in Law and Business at the Business School of Il Sole 24Ore. He has been qualified to practice law since 2010 and he deals with consultancy on commercial law, corporate law, M&A, startups and internationalization of companies. He advises Italian and foreign companies as well as venture capitalists, angel investors and private equity funds.
